Digital Advertising Onboarding Process

Step 1: Understanding your Needs

To begin the process, you, the advertiser/agency, will provide the Eye Popper Digital team with key information to make your campaign a success.

  • Please provide us with the following answers to these questions:
  • What is the product/service you would like to promote?
  • Who is your target audience?
  • What is the goal of the campaign?
  • How are you measuring success?
  • When would you like to start and how long?
  • What is your budget?
  • Any other important information we should know?

  • Step 2: Strategic Planning & Proposal Creation

    Once you’ve provided us with the key information needed on your product or service, the Eye Popper Digital team will then develop a customized media plan proposal to review. We’ll also want to understand your social presence and ability to code tracking pixels to the website so that we can strategize tactics that may suite your goals.

    We’ll also need your main point of contact and your billing information. Lastly, we’ll need to know if will you be providing creatives. If not, we can help you with your creative design.

    Step 3: Review, Approve & Sign-Off

    As soon as you’ve had time to review our proposal, we would like to schedule a time to walk you through our recommendations and answer any questions you may have. If everything looks great after our call, we will send you the proposal through DocuSign for signature. Once you have signed-off, you will receive an executed copy of the insertion order, along with our terms, (4’s/IAB version 3.0).

    Step 4: Implementation & Creative Assets

    After we process your IO, our Client Solutions team will contact you and provide you with our Ad Specifications and Guidelines.

    Please note that if we are providing you pixels, running Social and/or building creative, we will need at least a 48-hour lead time.

    Step 5: Campaign Launch

    Once we’ve Q&A’d your digital assets and verified every aspect of the campaign, we will launch the campaign based on your start date!

    Step 6: Reporting & Invoicing

    Once launched, we’ll begin actively monitoring the delivery and its performance.

    You will be able to access your campaign performance in our online portal, and send you regular reports to keep you up to date.
